Thanks for reading and commenting, Sandy! You are definitely correct that teaching a five year-old is not a simple task! To clarify, I was referring to a parent who wants to help his child practice between lessons. You will notice that I changed the wording to be more clear so thanks for pointing this out to me! Certainly I agree that a skilled teacher is a worthwhile investment. However it is also helpful when parents take an interest in what their children are learning by learning the basics themselves!]]></description>
